Latin mass

Wish I'd gone to one of those pizza masses the Catholic Church is trying to move away from!

This made me laugh...I'm sure its a great comfort to the many victims and their families that have suffered heinous abuse at the hands of priests and bishops all over the world. Good for the Catholics- 'moral authority of the bishops' - yeah, right, tell that to God.

With our country’s current direction wouldn’t it be more forward looking to start doing mass in Spanish?

Actually the few churches I've attended semi-reularly here in Texas, esp. S. Texas, have at least one or two masses in Spanish.

That's right. Most Catholic churches in San Antonio offer one or moree masses in Spanish every week.
